Exchanges, returns and withdrawal

There are different procedures for making changes, returns and withdrawals. Below we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.

a) Exchange: a replacement for another existing product in the store is considered an exchange, paying the price difference if it exists.

b) Return: if the product does not correspond to the description made in the online store.

c) Withdrawal: caused by the client's decision.

Items purchased through the online store only allow exchanges, returns and withdrawals through the same channel.

All products that are to be exchanged or returned must be properly packaged.

In the event of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In any of the above cases, you have 7 business days to return the purchased parts.

The costs incurred for the exchange, return or withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.

Conditions of the right of withdrawal: you have the right to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

The corresponding amount will be refunded, except for the standard shipping costs of the initial delivery without undue delay and, in any case, before 7 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which you have been informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made by the same payment method with which it was paid. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until proof of the return of the goods has been provided, whichever condition comes first.

Warranty and product information: The products we present on our website are a careful selection from our collection. We have taken special care to display the colors and characteristics of our products with great precision. Of course, each monitor's calibration is different, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays colors accurately.

We work to try to offer our clients the maximum accuracy and reliability of the information detailed on the website (names, product properties, photographs, etc.), but we are not responsible for any potential errors that may exist. All graphic material as well as descriptions are offered for informational purposes. In this sense, we can correct errors or omissions on the website without generating any liability.
