Entredós Antigüedades, S.L. is a limited commercial company with registered office at Barquillo Street, 20 | 28004-Madrid (Spain), provided with NIF number B-81239444, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid. The use by the client of the services of the website store presupposes, in any case, adherence to the “General Conditions” in the version published by Entredós Antigüedades at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable that the customer read these "General Conditions" before proceeding to make a purchase.
Scope of the contract
These “General Conditions” apply to the sale of all Entredós Antigüedades products through its website. Entredós Antigüedades informs that its website is aimed exclusively at an audience over 18 years of age, you guarantee us that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Entredós Antigüedades reserves the right to cancel a client's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders, as well as those orders that have been requested by a client with whom there may be a difference/controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may lead us to believe that the client is violating any of the specified purchase conditions or is engaging in any criminal activity.

Price
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at all times. In the case of purchases made by individuals, VAT is included in the price.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be considered exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of taxes and tariffs derived from the entry and exit of the product in said territories (according to current regulations), and which must be paid directly by the client to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and must be considered the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT or not depending on the delivery territory, as indicated in the previous paragraphs). Transport costs (if applicable) as well as taxes and duties for the entry and exit of the product in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included in this price.
Purchases destined for the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT, but the customer must assume the taxes and expenses of entry and exit of the product in their Community (IGIC, customs clearance, etc.). These expenses must be paid directly by the client to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product. Likewise, the customer must assume the cost of leaving the product from their community (customs clearance) when the order is returned.
The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in detail at the time they place the order.
Pay
Any order placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation. Only orders will be placed for which payment has been completed and verified.
Payment must be made by credit and/or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay. Other payment methods may be added in the future.
The amount of the order will be charged to your card, so you must tell us the number, the expiration date as well as the security code CW2 (included on the front). If your card is secured, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
For security reasons, if you choose PayPal as a payment method, once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any type of change to the shipping address.
These data will not be saved or manipulated by us, but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. For greater security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication Service, a system established by Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard/American Express by which the client authenticates himself before his issuing bank and the merchant authenticates himself before his acquiring bank.
In order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of transactions, these are carried out through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit security keys.
The charge will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. In the event that the charge cannot be carried out finally (for any reason), the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery
Delivery can be made to the address you choose (except post office box) or by hand.
Home delivery of orders will be carried out by a logistics operator within normal working hours at the address indicated by you when placing the order. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator arrives, they will leave you a note and their customer service department will try to contact you to close the delivery.
The delivery time will be a maximum of 10 calendar days from the purchase for orders for Spain and EU countries and a maximum of 30 calendar days for orders outside the EU. Except for service incidents that are beyond our control.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the price of the product purchased according to the shipping agency selected by the customer, this amount being known prior to confirmation of the purchase. In the case of collection in a physical store, transportation costs will always be free.
If at the time of delivery the order packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the condition of the parts. If damage is observed, you must detail it on the delivery note and contact our Customer Service. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all items that have been damaged or lost during transport, as long as you notify us of this incident as soon as possible. Please note that orders will be weighed for delivery before being shipped.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package.
Once the order has been delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all damages that may arise will be your responsibility.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.
In the case of shipments to Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands, the customer must also pay the customs fees and taxes generated by the order. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will they be included in the price paid for the products.
The customer can pick up their order by hand. To do this, during the purchase process, the User must select "Pick up by hand". The customer will not have to pay transportation costs for orders with store pickup. The customer will have a maximum period of 30 days, from when their order is available, to collect it. In the event that after said period, the order has not been delivered to the customer, for reasons not attributable to Entredós Antigüedades, we will contact the customer to agree on another delivery location, with shipping costs being borne by the buyer.
